Hey everyone, my next post will focus on the emminnent topic of Gender Discrimination!
Even though, a few of us will agree on the fact that our world has tasted success, prosperity and modernization, we can't outlook that problems like Gender Discrimation still exist in many areas. At many places, men are still considered to be more superior than women. Why do we all fail to comprehend the fact that women are equally capable, hardworking, assertive and are in jobs which are intellectually demanding. Additionally, women have proved their discernment and cleverness time and again. I'm not being gender biased here, all I mean to say is that women should be treated with equal respect and admiration! Yes, there are some facts of life that can't be ignored.. For instance, men are physically dominant and they act like a protective shield for women, however I personally feel that women are emotionally stable and can handle themselves better in a times of trouble and hardships !(:
They have a significant role at home too. They support their families, comfort and pacify their husbands and spend their unconditional and immense love and time on their beloved children. They are also very dedicated towards their work outside the four walls of their house. Their dedication, willingness and determination has helped them to achieve success and prosperity in their work and now many women are proudly part of higher level management committees and are doing well globally.. However women should make sure to maintain a balance between their personal and professional lives. They should make sure to nurture their kids in a proper manner so that they don't become victims of disregardance and negligence..!
In the past years, many unfortunate cases of gender discrimination and sexual harrasment at work have been reported. I'm sure that all of us are educated enough and it's a part of our social upbringing to treat each other with respect and exhibit a positive attitude towards each other at places of work ! Lets join together to anticipate changes to our society
